Refund & Returns Policy


This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all Click & Collect orders placed through the Go4Fresh Nottingham website and online store.


By placing an order with Go4Fresh Nottingham, you agree to the terms outlined below.



1. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements


We may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit where:


* Items provided are damaged, spoiled, contaminated, or of unsatisfactory quality at the time of collection.

* Incorrect items or quantities were supplied.

* Items are missing from the order.

* Perishable products do not meet reasonable freshness standards at the time of collection.


All claims are subject to review and verification by Go4Fresh Nottingham.



2. Inspection at Collection


Customers are encouraged to inspect their order at the time of collection.


Any issues should preferably be reported immediately upon collection. Where this is not possible, claims must be reported within 24 hours of collection.


After collection, responsibility for the storage and handling of perishable goods passes to the customer.



3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement


To request a refund or replacement, please contact us with:


* Your order number

* Description of the issue

* Clear photographs of the affected item(s), packaging, and labels where applicable

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in refusal of the claim.



4. Refund Process


Once a claim has been reviewed and approved, Go4Fresh Nottingham may, at its discretion:


* Issue a full or partial refund,

* Arrange a replacement item, or

* Provide store credit.


Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within approximately 3–5 business days, depending on the payment provider.



5. Non-Refundable Items


Refunds or replacements will generally not be provided for:


* Products that have been consumed or partially consumed.

* Claims reported more than 24 hours after collection.

* Products damaged due to improper transport, storage, or handling after collection.

* Minor variations in colour, size, texture, ripeness, or appearance of fresh produce.

* Customer dissatisfaction relating to personal taste or preference.



6. Uncollected Orders


Customers are responsible for collecting orders at the selected collection time.


Because many products sold are perishable, Go4Fresh Nottingham reserves the right to dispose of uncollected orders after a reasonable period where collection has not been arranged.


Refunds may not be provided for orders that are not collected.



7. Limitation of Liability


To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go4Fresh Nottingham shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from products purchased from us.


Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights granted under applicable UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.



8. Fraud Prevention


Go4Fresh Nottingham reserves the right to refuse refunds, replacements, or compensation where fraudulent activity, abuse of the refund policy, or suspicious claims are suspected.



9. Changes to This Policy


We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund & Returns Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
